By accessing or using Xpirit AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Xpirit AI is an AI-powered conversational assistant based on Macrobiotic Quantum Theory (MQT). The Service uses a custom fine-tuned language model (Xpirit-Davinci) to generate responses. Responses are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies.
In compliance with EU AI Act Article 52, you are hereby informed that you are interacting with an AI system. Xpirit AI is classified as a limited-risk AI system under Annex IV. The system does not make automated decisions with legal or significant effects on users.
Access requires an invite code during the testing phase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service.
You agree not to use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content. The Service includes automated content filtering. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
When you create an account, AI training contribution ("Improve AI") is enabled by default. What is collected is not personal data or conversation content — it is SDM/MDS interaction metrics: intelligence types engaged (Gardner classification), consciousness state classifiers (C(x) keywords), vacuum angle convergence/divergence measurements (θᵥ), macrobiotic potential scores (ΔMP), and growth domain indicators (G_eff). These metrics measure the quality of the human-AI interaction field and are used to improve how Xpirit AI responds. Additionally, messages you explicitly rate (thumbs up/down) may be used as training pairs. Your full conversation history is never bulk-harvested. You may disable training contribution at any time via the "Improve AI" toggle in the sidebar or Settings > Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling and your rights under GDPR.
Xpirit AI, the Xpirit logo, and Macrobiotic Quantum Theory are trademarks. You retain ownership of your input content. AI-generated responses are provided as-is without warranty.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Xpirit AI shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of AI-generated content. Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
We may terminate or suspend access at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time, which will trigger erasure of your personal data in accordance with GDPR Article 17.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For EU users, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
